Ordering Policy

Please note all inquiries are checked MONDAYS-WEDNESDAYS. Fill out the order completely to receive a quote faster. We ask that you inquire at least 2 weeks before event to better assist you. After submitting request, please be aware that our email may go to your spam/junk mail.

All orders less than 14 days will be considered a rush order and will be charged a rush fee between $45-$175 depending on date, design, etc.

We are located in Silver Spring, MD (Zip code 20904), pick-up times start at 10 AM - 5 PM. You must choose a time to pick-up, if that time is not available we will let you know when the closest availability is. There is a 15 -minute grace period. If you pick-up past the 15 minutes a late fee will be applied or you may have to pick-up your cake the next business day.

Delivery fee starts at $75 within the DMV metropolitan area. Please submit your address if delivery is required. 

ALL prices posted are starting prices. Design, flavor, servings, any add-ons will affect the order. Please see our cake sizing, cake menu, before submitting the inquiry form. Orders less than $250 must be paid in full at time of booking. All sales are final. 

Every order is custom made and unique in its own way. We can try our best to interpret a design you submit but we have complete control of the design process. This may mean, floral/topper placement, shades or colors, any add-ons. We cannot and will not fully duplicate an exact replica of another artists creation or a previous cake we have made. 

ALL CAKES ARE MADE DIFFERENTLY WITH LOVE. 

WE CANNOT CATER TO ANY ALLERGIES, ALL OUR ITEMS ARE MADE IN A KITCHEN WHERE ALLERGENS ARE PRESENT.
