We check all inquiries Monday through Wednesday. Please complete the order form with as many details as possible so we can provide an accurate quote faster. For best service, we recommend submitting requests at least 2 weeks before your event. (Tip: Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder, as our reply may land there.)

Orders placed less than 14 days in advance are considered rush orders. Rush fees range from $45–$175, depending on the date, design, and availability. Rush orders are not guaranteed, but we do our best to accommodate when possible.

Pick-up is available in Silver Spring, MD (Zip Code 20904) between 10 AM – 5 PM. You may assign a pick-up time slot. If your preferred time is unavailable, we’ll let you know the next closest option.

Please note: there is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later, a late fee may apply or your pick-up may be rescheduled for the next business day.

We offer delivery across the DMV metropolitan area starting at $75. Setup services are also available for large events. Please provide your delivery address when requesting a quote so we can confirm the fee.

All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing depends on design, size, flavors, servings, and any add-ons. Please review our cake sizing and pricing menu before submitting your inquiry form.

Orders under $250 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All sales are final.

Every cake is custom-made and unique. While we always do our best to interpret your inspiration photos, we maintain creative control over the design process. This may include adjustments to:

• Floral or topper placement
• Colors or shades
• Add-ons or decorative details

We cannot and will not fully duplicate another artist’s work, but we promise that every cake is created with love and tailored to your event.

All cakes are one-of-a-kind creations.

Please note that our cakes are made in a kitchen where allergens may be present. We cannot accommodate food allergies (including gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, etc.), and strongly recommend that anyone with severe allergies refrain from consuming our products.
